Frequently asked questions

Open a question to see how each part of the Daisy Club service works.

01

Package & costs

What does the USD 900 per-account monthly package include?

The USD 900 monthly package includes two influencer collaborations. For current contracted terms, Daisy is also offering unlimited influencer matching for the full contract period in response to seasonal demand. Matching is unlimited; final collaborations depend on creator applications and the perceived value of the barter offer.

Are there additional Daisy collaboration, success, or creator fees?

There are no additional Daisy collaboration or success fees for barter exchanges, and no separate creator fee for standard barter campaigns. Creators apply based on the perceived value of the complimentary stay, F&B credits, and other inclusions offered.

What should we budget as the approximate all-in monthly cost?

For standard barter campaigns, budget USD 900 per account per month in cash, plus the hotel's internal cost of the complimentary stay, F&B credits, or other agreed inclusions. Each campaign displays the approximate USD value of the total barter package.

02

Set-up process

How long does it take for the account to be fully set up and verified?

Business verification is usually completed during the third month of operations, following the onboarding process above.

Who owns and controls the account during the retainer?

During the monthly retainer, Daisy procures and owns the mobile numbers and devices used to operate your account and provide reporting. Because RedNote allows only one mobile device to be logged in at a time, Daisy must maintain control so automated publishing and reporting can function. If the retainer ends, we will transfer the account to a mobile number of your choice and hand over the account and all content. We will also work with your team during onboarding to gather the documents needed for business verification.

03

Content management

When will each month's content calendar be ready for review?

We generally share the visuals and copy one to two weeks before the start of each calendar month.

Can we use more video content instead of static posts?

Yes, where suitable assets are available. We source content from your Instagram account for publishing, and your team can submit additional brand assets for us to use.

How will our content be differentiated from other boutique hotels?

We create an internal brand knowledge base covering your target customer segments, keywords, hashtags, and brand voice. This guides our generative AI systems and helps keep your content distinctive. Your team can also submit ideas and assets for us to develop.

Will the content be provided in English, Chinese, or both?

Because the content is produced for RedNote, the publish-ready deliverables are in Chinese. Your content calendar also includes an AI-generated English Preview so your team can review the meaning before approval.

04

Posting & reporting

Can post volumes vary between months, and can we add our own content?

Our system automatically generates eight candidate posts each month. If your team has additional posts with the content and Chinese copy fully prepared, send them to us and we can add them to the calendar. A future update will also let you submit your own content directly.

How will we monitor content performance?

We review early performance insights during month two and begin delivering management reports in month three, with ongoing monthly reporting thereafter.

05

Creator campaigns

What creator profile can a Phuket hotel typically expect?

Daisy's network includes 2,600 creators with an average audience of approximately 30,000 followers. Around 80% of the creators selected for campaigns have more than 100,000 followers, and selection focuses on creators reaching Mainland Chinese audiences.

How does Daisy select and vet creators?

We have analyzed more than 12,000 creator profiles. We verify creators and review their official collaboration data to understand the market value typically associated with their content, then assess audience fit and campaign relevance before recommending them.

What creator deliverables and minimum criteria should we expect?

Deliverables depend on the value of the barter exchange. For example, a Kyoto four-star hotel offering about USD 500 in barter value attracted a creator with an estimated USD 1,500 media value to bid for one piece of content. Some Maldives properties offering about USD 6,500 in barter value request four pieces. We generally recommend optimizing for more quality content—not follower count alone—and help design and refine the campaign as part of the monthly retainer.

When is KOL/KOC content produced, and can we review it before publishing?

Yes. You can review creator content before it is published. We ask creators to submit their content within one week after their stay ends.

Can we repost content that a KOC has already published?

Yes. Their campaign content is free for your brand to reuse.

06

Results & case studies

What results should we focus on during the first 90 days?

The first three months primarily focus on visibility, creator activity, and establishing a credible brand presence. The 90-day KPI targets above provide the working framework we use to measure this foundation.

What results do maturing accounts typically see?

For accounts that are two to three months old, Daisy has observed 5–15 organic booking enquiries per month, representing approximately USD 2,500–7,500 in potential booking value. We also commonly see 15,000 or more monthly brand-page impressions and roughly 250–300 profile visits before developing more sales-focused conversion campaigns.

Can you share an example of your work with hotels in Thailand?

We are working with Ad Lib Hotels on a multi-city influencer campaign and are seeing significant demand from Chinese travellers planning trips to Thailand.

07

Daisy Visibility Index

How should we use the Daisy Visibility Index as a KPI?

DVI is most useful as a relative benchmarking tool rather than as an absolute score in isolation. We use it primarily to compare your visibility with competitors and, secondarily, to understand sentiment from RedNote users. Progress is assessed through changes in competitive position, sentiment, and the supporting 90-day performance indicators.
